Aaron was selected by the City of Sacramento Staff to be a member of the Sacramento Green Building Task Force for New Construction

Aaron has taught environmental design at Cal Poly, SLO, San Jose State and at the UC Davis Extension. 

Firm Responsibilities

Aaron conducts business development and strategic planning activities for NV5’s six Northern California offices. He is responsible for prepositioning and initial planning efforts on small and large scale projects. He has also been responsible for strategy and oversight of projects and has assisted clients through the complete development process including feasibility, land management, entitlement, financing, and construction. Aaron also has experience in lobbying for projects, law, policy, site planning, art, landscape design, and construction. He was instrumental in the Downtown Sacramento Railyards Land Use Plan and Tentative Map approval.  He is a member of several business leads groups in the region. 

Recent Project Successes

Los Vaqueros Marina Expansion Design Build: a $13 million project with Teichert Construction. He is currently Project Manager for entitlements and permitting.

Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency’s Stockton Boulevard Opportunity Sites Concept Development Planning, Market, and Pro-Forma Analysis with Andy Plescia.
