AS Director of Business Development for Poelman Construction, David's responsibilities include identifying project opportunities, analyzing the marketplace for pertinent strategic opportunities, contacting potential clients and managing existing relationships, as well as working with senior management to position the firm in new markets and business opportunities.

David has worked as Business Development Manager and Project Manager for both small regional contractors as well as large national contractors in both the commercial and residential industries and has over a decade of experience in construction.

David earned his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Urban Land from California State University, Sacramento.
