Firm Responsibilities
As the Chief Executive of RECON, David’s responsible for ensuring that the strategic vision for the organization is defined, developed, and executed; ensuring that the needs of RECON’s stakeholders are prioritized and managed; and most importantly ensures that members are provided with value. As the CEO of RECON, David also serves as the Executive Director of the regional chapters.
Relevant Experience
David has worked as Project Manager and Business Development Manager for both small regional contractors as well as large national contractors in both the commercial and residential industries and has over a decade of experience in construction.
Education
David earned his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Urban Land Development from California State University, Sacramento.
