Beginning in January 2010 RECON Networking became a membership based organization.
The Board of RECON has taken this step to ensure that participation in RECON remains specific to professionals in the Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Construction and related industries so that you continue to receive maximum value for the time you invest in attending the events.
As in the past, RECON will continue to benefit the community by donating all excess revenues to local charities.
Benefits
Networking Mixers
Members are entitled to attend all bimonthly RECON Networking Mixers. Mixers are held at popular venues around town and regularly attract over 300 attendees, representing a fantastic cross section of the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries.
2012 Dues
Individual Memberships are $100 per year and companies are invited to join at $300 per year, which allows the company up to four attendees per event. Special No Cost memberships are available for nonprofits and public agencies serving the commercial real estate and/or construction industries.
Nonmembers are allowed to attend, but they must be the guest of a member and pay a fee of $25 over membership rates.
Business Development Seminars
In 2012 RECON Networking will continue offering Business Development Seminars prior to the events. Seminars will be held in a roundtable format and will be facilitated by leaders in the industry that represent firms such as The city of Roseville. Downey Brand, and FNF Sustainable Strategies.
Special Events
There will be numerous "special events” - wine dinners, fishing trips, golf outings, etc. - throughout the year that will be exclusive to members and will afford them the opportunity to network and discuss specific opportunities with key decision makers in a more intimate atmosphere.
